如何購買電子贈禮劵

1) You may also contact us directly for purchase via bank transfer/ Payme/ FPS.

2) Your e-gift vouchers will be sent via email within 24 hours of receiving your payment. No refund is accepted after payment is confirmed.

3) Email us if you want e-gift vouchers sent on the a scheduled delivery date.

4) Gift vouchers are to be redeemed within 1 months from the day of purchase. Please see our cancellation & late arrivals policy for its term and condition.

5) Email us if you want to send the gift voucher by post delivery. Free shipping within Hong Kong only.

1) Floatation session marked on the gift voucher is a one-time session item.

2) All gift vouchers are invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued. Any overdue replenishment request will not be accepted. 

 

3) FLOAX Therapy Spa Limited will not be liable for the loss, theft, damage and misuse of any issued coupon. The coupon holder shall be solely responsible for all liabilities.

 

4) In case of any dispute, the decision of FLOAX Therapy Spa Limited shall be the final.
