All services and products purchased are non-refundable.
If you wish to pay via bank transfer/ PayMe or FPS and do advance booking for sessions during weekends or public holidays, please do the pre-payment on working days in advance. Your booking will be confirmed after we receive your transaction record by email or Whatsapp.
*Please note pre-payment is not refundable and customers are allowed to re-schedule one time only (please notify us 24 hours in advance to your original booking).*

如閣下欲透過銀行轉賬 / PayMe / FPS付款，並預約週末和公眾假期，請預早於工作天付款，並透過電郵或Whatsapp 傳送入數紙或轉賬資料給我們，以便確認您的預約。

Please give a minimum of 24-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your float. Simply shoot us an email or give us a call to cancel or reschedule. Each booking only allows ONE time cancellation/ reschedule. ( Including gift vouchers and other redemption vouchers)
如要取消或更改預約，需於24小時前透過電郵或致電與我們聯絡確認。每次預約只限一次更改／取消機會。(包括贈禮券和其他換領券）
Do arrive on time. We will familiarize you with floating if you visit the first time.
If you are late, your float session might be shortened/ forfeited as it affects the next floater. Thank you for your understanding.
請按預約時間準時到達。若您是首次光臨 FLOAX，我們會先作簡單療程及設施介紹，讓您安心使用。
為免影響對後續客戶的服務，如遇上遲到情況，該節療程時間會被縮短。多謝您的明白與體諒。
